Excellent customer service! I totaled my previous car, I had been to dealer after dealer I couldn't find anything I was interested in. Hearing horror stories from friends/online of car dealerships, I was initially very cautious and wary going into this whole process. However, in the end I know I made a great choice going with Honda of Danbury and interacting with Dara Necef. She was incredibly helpful, listened to what I wanted in a car, and was very knowledgeable as well. There were times where I was probably being very meticulous and methodological, but Dara always exhibited a great deal of professionalism and patience which was fantastic! I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a car, especially for first-time buyers. Even the other car salesmen were friendly and helpful to us as well! A+ for great service!
