The entire dealership felt clean and welcoming—nothing like the pushy or uncomfortable environments I’ve experienced in the past. Working with Sarah Brewer was the highlight of my visit. She listened carefully to what I wanted and showed me the exact car I came to see. While she did offer other options, she completely respected my preferences when I wasn’t interested and never pressured me. That made a huge difference. She gave me the space to make my own decision, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the dealership offered me top dollar for my trade-in, which made it possible for me to move forward with my new car without stress. We love Hondas and bought our previous car here. We came in to buy a car, but from the moment we enter the building, we were hit with what can we do to sell you a car today? The pressure was intens We came in to buy a car, but from the moment we enter the building, we were hit with what can we do to sell you a car today? The pressure was intense. The salesperson would not give us any prices and kept having to check with the sales manager. We did not get any figures until we were shown the car--a 2026 CRV with 500 miles on it. The salesman said it was a demo that's why it was low miles. We went back to his cubicle and he went to the sales office to get figures. The figure included a $4,000 recondition fee! They also gave us a trade of $8,000 for our low miles 2019 HRV which we had bought there in 2019. When I asked about the recondition fee and the low trade, the salesman went back to the office and magically the recondition fee disappeared and the trade in went up to $10,000. We had mentioned we were looking at other vehicles and the salesman kept pressing us to tell him where and what their deal was. We finally were ready to leave, but next the sales manager came in and sat down at the desk across from us and stared at us. It was so insulting that we will never go back even to service our car.
