Customer Service Ali provided EXCELLENT customer service. I went in there for oil change and courtesy check up due to a trip I was taking. He kept me up-to-date as t Ali provided EXCELLENT customer service. I went in there for oil change and courtesy check up due to a trip I was taking. He kept me up-to-date as to where the vehicle was in the process (oil being changed, checking transmission, etc). There were a few things that he found that he recommended but did NOT pressure me at all to have them done. In the end, my vehicle was "road worthy" for my trip and I was able to get a few things done so when I do bring it in for the 60k it's not as big a hit to the pocket book. More
