Poor Customer Service I can't really tell you about my experience with the servicing of my vehicle because I couldn't even get an appointment. After I told them my issue they put me on hold without letting me know. 15 minutes later someone picked up the phone and I'm disconnected. I call back and and the phone is answered promptly and when I tell them I had an airbag recall, they ask me if I can be put on a brief hold. 21 minutes later, I hang up the phone. I have worked in a call center environment and this is the worst customer service I've experienced over the phone with any company. If this is a reflection of their actual service, I'd rather they not work on my vehicle. An neither people that answered the phone left their names. More

Rude Sales Manager I visited this Honda dealer with my family to look at purchasing a new vehicle. When I requested to see inside one of their vehicles parked out front I visited this Honda dealer with my family to look at purchasing a new vehicle. When I requested to see inside one of their vehicles parked out front the salesman insisted I fill out some paperwork first. I politely asked to just see the vehicle but the salesman insisted I must fill out the paperwork first. All I wanted to do was look inside, no test drive. The manager "apologized" that he couldn't save us any time by forcing us to fill out his paperwork. Why make snide remarks to potential customers? I drove down the street to Hyundai and they were happy to let me look at their cars without filling out marketing info beforehand. More

He is the BEST at what he does & I will continue to service my vehicle & buy another vehicle from there but ONLY if Darrell Jones is employed there. He is a Diamond in the Rough per say & great person. Darrell use to work at David McDavid Honda in Irving but he is now at Honda of Denton. Darrell's customer service is phenomenal that I literally have followed him to Honda of Denton. Keep in mind I live in Dallas, TX. & my commute to Honda of Denton is about a 45 minute drive to get there. But since Darrell is there I don't mind driving a little further to get A-1 service from him. He always is so helpful. Darrell goes over and beyond to help me with my Honda. It would like to personally speak with the Manager in the service department I really need to express myself to him about his facility & employee. Darrell Jones you are the BEST!!! Thank you so much! However, everything I had experienced elsewhere is wrong and it doesn't have to be that way! Everyone we encountered seemed genuinely interested in helping us and not talking us into something we didn't want. No one debated with us, and when we said we didn't want more than just one or two extras we had our eye on already they didn't try to talk us into anything more in the business office. It was such a good experience with the first car, we immediately started looking at another and ended up buying a car for both my wife and I the same day! That was awesome. We'll be coming back in a couple years when my oldest turns 16, and again in the future when we adults are ready for new cars again! Robert Bolander, Mike Margulis and Jessica Vrska were all great! With the help of very knowledgeable, courteous and patient salesperson (Mr. Ronnie Walker), we decided on a CRV - Touring. We have been very satisfied. I have to say that we were very impressed with the salesman because of one important point. He carefully navigated us thru the engineering of the car and related those points to our requested requirements all the while patiently answering our questions. It was so enjoyable to not be "pushed". Once we made the decision to purchase, we were treated the exact same way on the financial part of the purchase - patient and careful explanations by Mr. Brandon Johnson. What a great experience! More
