The customer service was amazing, especially Jonathan H. ! He was so kind and helpful with the process of me buying my first car. He wasn't pushy at all and helped me to find the perfect car! They have floors of cars and multiple lots! The music was a bit too loud, and the financing process was very slow, but they had free popcorn while we waited. When we called Honda of DTLA, immediately Jerry Gonzalez was open to allow us to test drive the car we had in mind. We were impressed since all the other dealers didn't care to offer that service. That truly left a lasting impression on myself and my husband. Jerry was awesome! Didn't give off these "sales persona" which is often off putting. He seemed genuine and very helpful!
