This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I called ahead and asked for two specific vehicles to be ready when I arrived. When I pulled up, a valet directed me to the sales cen car dealership. I called ahead and asked for two specific vehicles to be ready when I arrived. When I pulled up, a valet directed me to the sales center and took my car. Inside, helpful Honda salespeople (Flecia and Humberto) offered coffee and engaged in genuine conversation. Cooper (the GSM) brought over the two vehicles I had asked to see and applied absolutely no pressure to choose either. Humberto came along with me for a test drive around the block and went over the specs of the vehicles. Once back at the sales center, more refreshments were offered while we talked numbers. In my situation, I was trading - and the process was lightning quick. They offered me a great deal, I accepted. The next few steps (credit check, insurance check, finance) were super quick - each person had a great attitude and answered any and all questions. Lastly, they fully detailed the new car (a 2023 CRV Sport Hybrid), brought it right to the door, and I was off in my new car - all in about 2 hours time. This experience was leaps and bounds better than my experience at another LA-area Honda dealer where I endured 8 hours of nonsense. I highly recommend Honda of Downtown Los Angeles to any one wanting lots of car options, friendly staff, and excellent service. More
