The service advisor assigned to us was very helpful and comitted to seeing our 'urgent' repair need done as fast as possible. The team who greeted us initially at the bays were lovely as well. We only had one minor complaint, not with our direct service advisor but with person filling in (Jackie) during an out of office period, who just couldn't seem bothered to get around to simply following up to dispatch a shuttle to get us from hotel to dealership...we got tired of waiting for a call back for no apparent reason/need and got an Uber instead so we could get back on the road. The sales person never explained to me about the mileage. They lack the proper explanation. I always lease from you and get 12000 miles. You lost a great customer over a little mistake that could’ve been easily fixed but willingness was not there. More
Worst experience ever, they took over 20 minutes just to check me in and kept overseeing my car for others. They took over 5 hours just to change one tire and they didn’t even have the tire I needed.
