This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. Phillip was efficient and goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Kevin was professional and answered all my questions. There are only 2 components I would change. First, a consumer should know the car price before filling out paperwork regarding finance. I didn’t real There are only 2 components I would change. First, a consumer should know the car price before filling out paperwork regarding finance. I didn’t realize he was asking me questions about financing paperwork until a couple of minutes in and I informed him that I was already approved and that I wanted to know the final OTD price. All the other dealers I’ve gone to within the last couple of weeks always provided me with the price first. Secondly, I put a down payment first and then was informed my interest rate was higher than expected. I’m sure kevin didn’t know the interest rate would increase but I felt I had no choice but to proceed because I put the down payment. Now I’m stuck with a higher then expected interest rate. Other than that he was great and continued to make sure my questions were answered after I bought it. I would recommend him to a family member if he worked at another dealer. My experience with the dealership as a whole was not great. The finance manager was rude and condescending. And the purchasing took more than 4 hours. This was longer than my first car purchase. A salesman should only help one person at a time. I will not be recommending this dealer to people I know. More

was bothered throughout the day due to their teams lack of communication. When I dropped off my car, they called me 3 times afterwards asking why I had missed my appointment...when my car was with them alr of communication.
