I would love to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Alfredo and Jackie at the service department in HONDA DTLA. Little story, prior to getting help from Alfredo and Jackie I had been there a few times before bec Jackie at the service department in HONDA DTLA. Little story, prior to getting help from Alfredo and Jackie I had been there a few times before because I have the extended service coverage that I purchased from Honda to get oil change for about 5 years. I was there recently to get a fuel pump recall changed 2 months ago. Ever since the fuel pump was modified there was a “starter system” light that would come on and off in my car. I was there after that to get an oil change again and I advised the person who helped me that I had that “starter system” light that had been on for a while without turning off, he said I was out of my warranty in miles for my car (which I was about Seven thousand over) he said that he would check with his manager and walked in the building and walked out with the same outcome that I would be responsible for $199.00 just to look at why that light was on…. I was so distraught, upset, worried, and all the bad stuff you can think off because when you of Honda you think if reliable Car, but that moment change my mind. So on that visit ONLY got the oil change and left with the “starter system” light on and extremely disappointed with HONDA. I received a follow up call from Alfredo in the next couple of days, I explained what happened, he apologized and asked me if I can come back. I came back and Alfredo was helping someone else and he asked Jackie to help me. It turned out that all the car was missing was a small fuse that was replaced when Jackie and Alfredo helped me. Alfredo and Jackie changed my mind about Honda, AFTER getting the help from ALFREDO AND JACKIE I was so relieved and happy that there was actually people in HONDA that care about the person and their car issues not just about the money the can charge and all the technicalities. They showed sympathy and care for me and my car that and I hope you get more people like them in the service department. More
