Facility and staff has created a decent ambience, especially without any aggressive sales pitch. Only thing I felt awkward is when my car paper work was handed over to me with just a paper clip. I expected atleast a decent folder to keep them. When I asked for a folder, was told they ran out of them! My tax consultant gives me a decent folder for $100 service !. More
