Normally when I take my car for maintenance Honda will let me know if there is something else that I need to fix, they will check my tires and breaks, but that didn't happen this last visit 😕. The entire process took more than 5 hours where more than 3 of those hours is my family and I waiting. Worst part is that the salesperson sold me the car with the pre-installed 3 accessories but I was only 3 of those hours is my family and I waiting. Worst part is that the salesperson sold me the car with the pre-installed 3 accessories but I was only told when they handed me the keys that the main accessory, the KARR security, was not included. Kevin actually had me sign the accessories window sticker of the car so that I acknowledge what’s included. The manager, or closer, never once mentioned anything different. The finance guy saw I was looking at the contract for details before I signed told me they had to move things around to make the price I agreed. I contacted the general manager afterwards and he said he acknowledge the mix up on his side and offer me a discount on any accessories I want to buy. I guess if I get some floor mats he’ll save me $50 or something like that. That’s not the right answer. I honestly don’t believe it was Kevin’s fault. He seem just as blindsided by this as I was. That’s why I’m leaving him 3 stars. More
Everyone at this dealer was so nice! Our salesman was extremely helpful, although I changed my mind about the car I was getting he didn’t get upset and helped me get the one I loved.
