My service rep Stephen Conteh was excellent, and really elevated the level of service. Even though it took 20 mins for my car to come out after we'd been told to come get it, this was out of his hands. S elevated the level of service. Hay have Never Had Any experience with this dealer but on my last visit I was so frustrated with the person that was helping me because she was not being friendly or not having a good customer service at the my last visit I was so frustrated with the person that was helping me because she was not being friendly or not having a good customer service at the end of my service she was charging me $265 for something that is covered and I don't usually pay for it that is my oil change an inspection she didn't seem to be caring about me she just wanted to leave it looks that to me why because she was not even doing something to help me and not paying for something that is already covered when I asked her why I have to pay she said you have to pay because it's not covered I start asking more why I have never paid for it before and now you're charging me she's started looking in the computer and then she realized that I don't pay for the oil change then she started charging me $190 for inspection and she said that I have to pay for it I never pay for any type of inspection and I start arguing more and asking more why she was charging me this time for something like that if I die they didn't do anything if I wouldn't start asking more she will probably ending up charging me $265 not because I didn't seem to be so happy and I was asking to speak with the manager she decide to not charge me for anything I really don't like complaining but this time I decide to do it because he didn't seem that she was not helping me at all and it will happen to somebody else that might not be asking more and my being paying for something that is cover I hope that this doesn't happen to me anymore or to somebody else before I have had a good experience but not this time but then she said I will not charge you it will be a courtesy of the dealer but please give me a good review on the survey I didn't like that but I'm letting you guys know so you can be on top of these people that you are hiring they're not really helping to build a good customer service for this company thank you so much for taking this time to read my message and have a beautiful day More
