Lack of communication, I had to contact service twice to find out what’s going on. Had an apt at 9am dropped off my car a bit early. But all day long I didn’t hear a beep from service on what’s happening. find out what’s going on. Had an apt at 9am dropped off my car a bit early. But all day long I didn’t hear a beep from service on what’s happening. It was 3pm and was worrying because I was about to get off work and didn’t know if my car was ready, I work far so t decided to call myself to plan my drive and get there on time. 1st time they could find service rep and told me he will call me back, never happened. 2nd time More than 30 min later I had to reach him myself. Sorry I don’t think service has bad people but might want to have meetings on how to conduct customer service to clients keep them updated which is very important. Something more of the work structure that Honda World Downey has they update me email and phone calls through the work process and gives me peace of mind.. Thanks, Martha Ibarria More
