I went in for vehicle inspection and Kesean at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very happy to help me with my first experience of bringing my car to their automotive shop. I was somewhat nervo desk greeted me with a smile and was very happy to help me with my first experience of bringing my car to their automotive shop. I was somewhat nervous, but he walked me through the process and made me feel at ease. He notified me it would take 1-2 hours, but they finished with me sooner than expected and didn't pressure me with services I didn't need yet nor did he insist on adding services I declined. He respected my decision which was very considerate. I'm also impressed with the informative email and text stating exactly what was done and what is recommended to be done with the car. I appreciated his honesty and being so upfront about my car's needs. More
The spark plugs dont feel like they help because the engine doesnt feel strong with the new spark plugs it feels weak on ignition. I dont really know if they did the service because i wasnt able to see the serice being performed on the vehicle. More
Car held over an extra day. Had to replace remote key. New spare key was never given to me. left message but no return call. When you deliver car, remove the plastic and paper from the driver side. No loaner car available. Not able to drive me to work. On the other hand, gave me an oil change and car wash, thank you. Car wash however did not include a vac Of the interior…. A bit sloppy. Maybe a bit nitpicky but customer service needs to be a bit more polished. $ 1,200….still missing spare key.
