SERVICE VISIT

I phoned 3 times to get a time estimate for when my car would be ready, and three times I was told I would get a phone call back as soon as my tech was done helping his other customers. I dropped my car of would be ready, and three times I was told I would get a phone call back as soon as my tech was done helping his other customers. I dropped my car off at 8:45am and only got a phone call at 5pm. My car was in the shop for 8 hours for a recall, your team took the drive shaft out, saw it to be okay, and put it back, that took 8 hours and you had no time to update me on any of that. Your customer service needs work. There was no apology, no explanation, and when I arrived this morning to pick my car up my technician handed me off to someone else. More
