Service advisor was rude Deon…told me I was asking too many questions. Addressed me as sir and not Ms. I’m opting out of all communication with Honda Los Angeles. He gave me wrong service advise told me I many questions. Addressed me as sir and not Ms. I’m opting out of all communication with Honda Los Angeles. He gave me wrong service advise told me I needed a wheel alignment, when I need all new tires. And suggested that I get all these fuel changes before performing a five point inspection. Sales team is rude also. Don’t know if I will come back here and spend my money! More

The reason why I put 4 stars is because it took very long and if it wasn’t for my relative living closing by and letting me come over, then it would have been very dreadful since the wait was like 3 hours. A and if it wasn’t for my relative living closing by and letting me come over, then it would have been very dreadful since the wait was like 3 hours. Also wish they had told me about their free car wash service… Now that I know next time I have them do a service for me I will take the free offer. Over all though the people were very nice. They explained everything well and were very friendly. I’m sure the wait was not their fault since they probably had a lot of clients but still I was told it was going to be an 1 to an 1 and a half. Will come here again. Just be willing to wait a long time. More
