I purchased the vehicle and states I can pick up the following day at 6pm. When we came it’s not in there and we’ve been waiting for a longtime. Sarah, in the service department, is an absolute star. Unfortunately, I live in Bakersfield and my car is now at Barber Honda, which is the polar opposite to Honda of Downtown Los Angeles. They have no Sarah, and have only had fuel to the fire that is this new car. I'd drive the 120 miles to this location to get my car serviced, if I could actually charge it. More
