Honda of Downtown Los Angeles has been servicing my vehicle for several years and always provides outstanding service. I have purchased two vehicles from the dealership. I purchased a 2010 Honda Acco vehicle for several years and always provides outstanding service. I have purchased two vehicles from the dealership. I purchased a 2010 Honda Accord EX-L Coupe in April 2010 and a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L Sedan in February 2013. I feel as though Honda of Downtown Los Angeles gave me an excellent deal on both cars I purchased from the dealership, fairly valued my trade-in when I bought my new Honda Accord earlier this year, offers good service specials that make it less expensive to maintain the condition of my car and the dealership delivers exceptional customer service. I came in over the weekend for a basic oil change and had an opportunity to speak with a very well imforfamtive associate there by the name of D'Andre Middlebrook. This is by far one of the friendliest places. My friend told me about this Honda dealership. So I called to schedule an appointment. But before I scheduled it I had a few questions about their services and told me about this Honda dealership. So I called to schedule an appointment. But before I scheduled it I had a few questions about their services and prices. I spoke to a lady by the name of Yessi. She answered all of my questions and assured me that when I came in i would be taken care of. When I came in I was greeted by very nice people. And my service advisor was extremely helpful. The lounge was great. It had free wifi and coffee. I need coffee to give me the boost I need. Overall the experience was great. I will definitely keep coming back. More

I called to set up on appointment and spoke to Yessi. She was great and friendly! She set up my appointment for an oil change. When I got there they took good care of me. I didn't have to wait long. Overall service is great here. They're efficient, timely, as well as polite and courteous. Despite how busy it gets there, the staff seems to know how to manage it all.
