I have had issues with my car since the first year I owned it. Honda Escondido has had to deal with my issues over the years even though I did not buy the car from them. However, I think that one of the owned it. Honda Escondido has had to deal with my issues over the years even though I did not buy the car from them. However, I think that one of the major recalls on my car, finally fixed the issue. Honda Escondido’s service department has been patient and tried numerous times to fix my issues prior to Honda Corporate making the recall public. I am sure every time I brought my car in for these issues, they were not excited to see me, but they always treated me well, listened to my concerns, took copious notes, and did what they could to try and fix the issue. For all my other standard maintenance on the car, Honda Escondido’s service department has been quick, sends video proof of any issues that need to be addressed, points out everything that is in good working order and doesn’t need attention, as well as lets me know of maintenance items that should be on my radar as eventually needing attention, but not right at that time. I feel like they are honest and do a good job. Omar has been my service advisor for the past few years, and that man is a saint. Again, I have not been the easiest to deal with due to the car issues (that now seem to be fixed after 6 years of fighting), but he has always been a true professional and handled things the best he could with the information available to him based on the circumstances. I do recommend this service center, and know Omar’s clients are in good hands. More

I had a great experience at Honda of Escondido with my recall on my CRV. I had to go in to replace my fuel pump, and Stella in the service department was amazing! It is rare to find an auto dealership service center that you can trust, but Honda of Escondido has earned my business for as long as I own my Honda CRV. Going in for a simple scheduled oil change I was prep you can trust, but Honda of Escondido has earned my business for as long as I own my Honda CRV. Going in for a simple scheduled oil change I was prepared for a sell up. Instead Stella Taylor , my service advisor, expeditiously took my information and begin the process of writing a service order and discovered I had an open recall on my vehicle. She quickly explained that it was a warranty issue and I would need to leave my car if I chose to address the problem. She offered transportation to get me home and I wouldn’t have to worry once the car was repaired, she would arrange to transport me back to the dealership. No pressure no obligation. There was no pressure to buy anything either or do unnecessary repair work. The service was performed in a timely manner and the communication was excellent from start to finish. Good job Stella !!
