I had an amazing purchase experience, starting with a fantastic and responsive young salesman Andrew D. His communication response time was very quick. We connected via phone and I did all the negotiating over the phone, they were able to dealer trade to get the exact vehicle my wife and I were searching for (2026 Ash Green Passport Elite). Cody the Sales Manager took the reigns to acquire the car while Andrew and I finalized our deal. I then worked with Cody for the add ons I did want, and did not have to fight about add ons I didn't want. Being part of a massive chain for Lithia Motors, I opted for the lifetime oil change since they have so many destinations in North America. Even if we move out of state, we have confidence we can utilize and take full advantage of this prepaid service. And although I whole heartedly trust Honda quality, with a new model year, and even more electronics in a vehicle, I opted for the 7yr/80k warranty, something I typically would not buy. I got a great deal on the purchase and used some of those savings to invest back into the vehicle since we plan to keep the vehicle a very long time. Cristian in finance was quick and to the point since we knew we would use Honda finance for this purchase, and we had no interest in any other offers that finaince folks may try to upsell.. Everything was seemless and all was in order for when we arived in person to pick up the vehicle. Great team at DCH Honda of Temecula. It was worth our 60 mile commute to complete this deal! I highly recommend.

The staff is extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I’ve had several emergencies where the service department squeezed me in the same day even though they were booked up. This included the day before the Fourth of July. They make it comfortable while you wait by providing sandwiches, donuts, cookies, fruit, and drinks. Such a nice touch.

This dealership is professionally run! Nice to find such a place. Today I serviced my 2026 Honda there for the first time and they exceeded all of my expectations. They provided maintenance services at no fee that I’d planned on paying for and everyone that I dealt with in person where very helpful and professional. I had the pleasure of meeting the service manager Danial Hagar who gladly welcomed me into his office and was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. My service advisor John Goehle was great. His prompt responses, high degree of professionalism, helpful nature, and long experience were like a breath of fresh air in today’s environment. Internal service advisor Alex Hernandez was also very helpful on my initial drop-off visit, helping me get everything ready for my upcoming appointment. The front desk sales receptionist was also very polite, outgoing, and kind. On the day that I dropped my car off, I had the opportunity to see inside of their service garage area. It’s very clean, orderly, modern, large, and well equipped (with many professional grade car lifts of various types). The service garage just had an overall clean, orderly, and professional feel to it which gave me confidence. I also really liked their online service department appointment scheduling website as it allows the customer to choose exactly what services are wanted, choose the products to be used, and see the exact total cost for all chosen services in advance. Plus there is the opportunity to write specific notes and requests to the service advisor in advance (thus minimizing any confusion). I haven’t purchased a vehicle from this dealership, but after experiencing their service department (and after seeing their sales area and sales staff from a distance), I wouldn’t hesitate at all to also buy a car from here.
