I had a great experience at Honda of Escondido with my recall on my CRV. I had to go in to replace my fuel pump, and Stella in the service department was amazing! It is rare to find an auto dealership service center that you can trust, but Honda of Escondido has earned my business for as long as I own my Honda CRV. Going in for a simple scheduled oil change I was prep you can trust, but Honda of Escondido has earned my business for as long as I own my Honda CRV. Going in for a simple scheduled oil change I was prepared for a sell up. Instead Stella Taylor , my service advisor, expeditiously took my information and begin the process of writing a service order and discovered I had an open recall on my vehicle. She quickly explained that it was a warranty issue and I would need to leave my car if I chose to address the problem. She offered transportation to get me home and I wouldn’t have to worry once the car was repaired, she would arrange to transport me back to the dealership. No pressure no obligation. There was no pressure to buy anything either or do unnecessary repair work. The service was performed in a timely manner and the communication was excellent from start to finish. Good job Stella !! More
