Sales person excellent but financial people not so much Wayne was such a great sales person. He allowed me to ask questions and let me think things throughly before making a decision. Financial staff was a different story. At times I felt like they thought I wasn't smart to understand things. While going over my contract Adam reminded me several times that it was a good thing I was an educated person and that I knew how to read. I am not sure why he found it necessary to remind me that. I obviously remember graduating from graduate school. His sense of humor was awful and he knew it was but continued to make jokes. I have never been around with such unprofessional people in my life. More
