James is enthusiastic, knowledgeable about the cars, and he really listens. Back when I was recovering from a tough life situation, he found a way to get me into a car I could afford & helped me make a plan for rebuilding my credit. A couple years later, I upgraded into a Fit, which I really liked & met my needs, despite still having less-than-stellar credit & a higher interest rate. But we had a plan, and I stuck with it. Finally, there was a seemingly magical convergence of many things: my credit rating improved, interest rates dropped, and the resale value of my Fit was high (of course, because Hondas hold their value!) James found me a sweet deal on a CRV with a custom Katskin leather package, special financing, and a great monthly payment. But it's more than just the numbers - James makes buying & caring for my car fun! He is always genuinely glad to see me, makes sure we're taken care of for routine maintenance, and makes me feel like royalty on every visit.
