It was a two week affair that culminated to the pleasant purchase. At first, I did not get the pricing and trade needed for me to make the change. After working with Zack and management, they were able to work the pricing to accommodate my needs. I took advantage to several, yes, several test rides to ascertain the knowledge to choose the 4 or 6 cylinder model. Zack was very knowledgeable and assisted with listing the pros and cons of each model. He was able to add some of his first hand insight as well. Also, both Jory and Colby added to the great experience. Jory gave me phenomenal service with the financing side. Colby knew the product thoroughly and was able to speak the options to a dialect I was able to comprehend and associate to the functionality. The store hours stated they are open until 7:00 but, this trio stayed until I had cleaned out my truck and felt comfortable with my new ride...after 9:00. Great team.
