Easiest new car deal I ever made My wife and I have purchased two Honda Accords in the past ( still use our first one, 1996 with 210,000 miles, as daily commute car) we have found Hon My wife and I have purchased two Honda Accords in the past ( still use our first one, 1996 with 210,000 miles, as daily commute car) we have found Hondas to be both dependable and reliable. We decided about a month ago it was time for a new one. After checking online and deciding exactly what we wanted we contacted out local honda dealer but found them to be very diffacult to deal with. We had just about decided to purchase a new Toyota or Subaru when one of my friends told me about his dealings with Zach Taylor and James Pierce at Honda of Fayettville. I contacted Zack Taylor and James Pierce via internet first and explained what we were looking for. Within a day James called and said that they had the car I was looking for and Zach followed up by sending us a video of the car. The next day I called James and made offer on car and he accepted it, very easy process. Today we drove from Muldrow Oklahoma to Fayetville to pay for and pick up car. James and Zack were waiting on us when we arrived. Both seamed eager to help us in any way, They were very entheuseastic but not pushy or overbearing. They answered all questions and explained everything about the car in detail. Total time at dealership to test drive and do all paperwork was just over an hour. Next time I purchase a new Honda I won't bother with wasting my time at the local Honda dealership, I'll just give Zack and James a call. More

On a Friday, the end of a particularly hectic work week, I completely broke down without a plan. This was not suppose to happen, but yet it did. I was ready to buy anything. With the help of a loving daughter, and Zack, at Honda of Fayetteville, I was saved. My daughter started looking at ratings on practical small cars and found the Honda Fit to be a great choice. She called Honda of Fayetteville and got Zack as a salesman. Zack spent a week communicating with us on features, choices, financing, and all that goes with buying a car. He was genuine and caring throughout the deal. His patience was commendable. Zack and Honda of Fayetteville even brought my car to Mountain Home, and I was able to close the deal during my lunch hour. The service I received was five star plus. Two Honda Fits, Two Happy Customers! Coincidentally, my mom and I needed a car at the exact same time. My mom lives about 2.5 hours east of Honda of Fayetteville (this is the closest Hond Coincidentally, my mom and I needed a car at the exact same time. My mom lives about 2.5 hours east of Honda of Fayetteville (this is the closest Honda dealer to her), and I live in Texas (I am from Fayetteville). We both wanted a Honda Fit. I had been working with some local Texas Honda dealers, but the customer service was just average, and they were a little steep on pricing. I placed a call to Honda of Fayetteville, and Zack Taylor answered the phone. We literally worked a deal over the phone on two Fits. There were many obstacles to this deal since my mom and I live long distance. Zack Taylor worked hard to find solutions and make sure we got the cars we wanted. We both ended up with exactly what we wanted. Not only did Zack make sure we got the cars we wanted, but he was also gave us a more than fair deal on them. We never actually saw the cars before delivery, which was a little uncomfortable, but Zack delivered the cars as promised. Zack is a salesman of the highest integrity, and I highly recommend him.
