I will never do business with Honda of Fishers again. I spoke with Sarah about Honda Fishers' purchase of my 2018 Honda FIT Sport. I explained to her that both the front and back bumper had some damage I spoke with Sarah about Honda Fishers' purchase of my 2018 Honda FIT Sport. I explained to her that both the front and back bumper had some damage and she told me that would be no problem. She directed me to ask for her when I arrived. I arrived 30 minutes later and Sarah was nowhere to be found. A gentleman finally walked out and told me he would take a look at my Honda FIT. I went back to get some coffee and as I was waiting on the coffee, I saw the gentleman walk back in and laugh it up with the other salesmen on the floor as they looked out at my vehicle. He then spotted me by the coffee maker and told me there was too much damage, the body shops were too backed up, etc. All in all, I was treated like a second-class citizen. I will not do any further business with Honda of Fishers and I will make it a point to make sure everyone who is in the market for a new car hears about my experience. More

The Service Team lied and tried to charge me for a part that was not needed. Refused to do warranty work that is covered by Honda USA and still charged me over $275 for a "diagnosis" of my AC. Their serv that was not needed. Refused to do warranty work that is covered by Honda USA and still charged me over $275 for a "diagnosis" of my AC. Their service team claimed I needed a new evaporator ($1,600.00) and that it was not covered under the extended warranty from Honda USA. I got into an accident and had my condenser replaced from the accident and the AC has now been working for over 3 weeks just fine without ever replacing the evaporator. So, it's either a mechanical miracle or, Honda of Fishers lied to avoid doing warranty work and tried to charge me for work that did not need to be done. I'm sure they are happy because they still got their "diagnosis fee" out of me. I will NEVER take my car to this dealership again. If my car catches on fire directly in front of Honda of Fishers, I will have it towed to another shop so I do not have to give Honda of Fishers business. More

I hate buying a car, however, James Schubert made it an easy process. We had fun. Financing is always a long drawn out process. Not here, Steve made it quick and easy. Great dealership.
