We began by searching local dealers and finding some options that seemed to fit our budget. We received great service and advice from Cole, our salesperson. It was our first visit. While we went in with a car in mind as parents, we found that were not meeting the needs totally of our daughter as we sent her texts and pictures of our first choice. Cole helped us not only find a solution that we liked, but also a better car that pleased everyone. There really was a spirit of service from everyone we encountered. The car we finally bought has received rave reviews from everyone who has seen it so far. If that was not enough, the team at Honda of Fishers felt that the rear tires could be better and they called us to let us know that they had ordered new tires and included them in the deal. We were struck by their care for us and willingness to go above and beyond. My wife and daughter picked up the car and all went as planned. I walked in to the dealership was met by Larry who already had the vehicle parked out front waiting for me. I drove the vehicle and realized it wasn't was I wanted but he pulled out another one that was perfect. I drove it for about 30 minutes brought it back and discussed pricing options. I told him I planned on testing a few others in the area and would make decision later on in the day. I returned several hours later and bought the car from him at a awesome price. If anyone is in the area I would recommend him. More

I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they h This was my first experience with Honda of Fishers. I used the online chat to confirm that the vehicles I was interested in were still there, Chris Earl informed me that they in fact were still available. I said I'd like to come on in and check it out, and he said, "Great. It'll be up front and ready for you when you get here. When I arrived at the Dealership I met Chris who introduced me to my Sales representative Pete Balderas who took me through the lot showing me various models until I selected one to purchase. I can't say enough about Pete as my sales contact. He was outstanding! No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just Friendly, professional, accommodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like we'd been friends for years. And trust me, I'm a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Pete went above and beyond when I had concerns about my trade in which was sitting in a repair shop across town... He set my mind at ease offering to go pick up my trade in for me and even to secure my personal items from it and discard my old license plate for me... Fantastic! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, you cannot put a price on. Pete was knowledgeable and helpful all through the purchase. He had the car completely detailed and gassed up for me and even came to my house the following day and picked me up and drove me back to Honda of Fishers to get the car where he spent three hours giving me a complete tour of the cars features and explaining them to me in detail. I was happy with every aspect of this experience and will recommend Honda of Fishers, and Pete Balderas to anyone who mentions they might be looking to buy a car. More

Treated very well every time I go here! I have bought two vehicles here (well, at Honda West, before they moved here) and am always treated well when I come in. It doesn't matter if it's because I'm looking on the lot, getting service or a repair, or whatever the reason, I am greeted by friendly employees, be they sales or service. I have had to get s few repairs here & they have always been helpful in trying to figure out a way for it to be less costly. I would say that they treat me like a friend or even family. I have referred several people here & of the ones who actually come in, they are all very pleased with the way they are treated & the prices. I plan to buy my future vehicles here & this is where I bring my CRV for service. More

Shady Service Department I took my 2008 Pilot to Honda of Fishers for the first time to have routine maintenance at approximately 100,000 moles and to have some air conditioni I took my 2008 Pilot to Honda of Fishers for the first time to have routine maintenance at approximately 100,000 moles and to have some air conditioning problems diagnosed. They quoted me $2000 to install a new compressor. This is a part that can be purchased at any parts store for $350-$400. It only gets worse from there. I drove the car away and four days later a transmission coolant line came loose from the radiator, drained all of the fluid from my transmission and left my Pilot immobile. I had it towed back to the dealership for $100 at which point Honda of Fishers claimed the fitting had "Blown" and that it was nothing they had done just four days prior. This is a vehicle that had never had any mechanical issues in 8 years (aside fron some a/c problems). I am supposed to believe that 4 days after a routine transmission service a fitting comes loose and it has nothing to do with the service. Next, they told me it would be $800 to replace the radiator because transmission fluid had sprayed into it. There was no way I was paying them $800 to fix a problem they created so I payed another 100 to tow my Pilot to a different garage where inspection of the fitting confirmed that it had not "blown" as they had claimed. Everything was still in tact, including the threads. It had simply been left loose and worked it's way off. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND NEVER LET THEM TOUCH A VEHICLE THAT YOU ALREADY OWN. More
