Not knoweledgable enough about features Salesgirl did not bring in a 3rd chair for the 14 year old grandson I had with my daughter and I. Girl had to wipe off excess white stuff, possibly soap? from the open sun roof, no freebies as a thank you for emptying my savings account, girl did not ever mention the key that is hidden inside the fob, the splash guards are sure skimpy. My ones on my 2010 Fusion are bigger and since I live on a stone road, that would have been better than the skimpy one I got.The best thing about your store was that you were money below the price, exact same model as the Fort Wayne store. The back seat headroom is not high enough for my 14 year old grandson without him having to crank his neck a little sideways, He is tall, but not extra tall. Plenty of legroom, but I never even considered sufficient headroom when I picked this model. Guess he is assured he will always get to ride shotgun when we all go places. More

Easy Purchase of Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle We had gone to 3 other Honda dealers prior to Honda of Fishers, but none had what we were looking for in the price range we were looking. Honda of Fis We had gone to 3 other Honda dealers prior to Honda of Fishers, but none had what we were looking for in the price range we were looking. Honda of Fishers had a great selection of Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. The salesperson (Angelina) was cheerful, energetic, and just pushy enough—without being annoying—to convince us to buy a trim level up. She didn't hover, and let us take our time with the vehicles. On the negative: 1) Unlike my first Honda Certified Pre-Owned vehicle purchase, the car wasn't in pristine condition (paint and body), even though the salesperson insisted the car should look like new. The touch-ups I requested from service were very obvious, looking like dabs of paint on the car (no buffing, so they are bumps on the gleaming car surface). 2) A back fender and bumper looked like they had been damaged previously because the pieces were not flush and were a bit loose. Service managed to fix 2 of the pieces before we purchased, but we noticed that a third piece was still not flush, and (because the dealer was closing) we were told to return the following business day. I saw no difference in the piece when the vehicle was returned to me the next day, and they gave no explanation or apology. 3) I had to return to get the full tank of gas that was promised. 4) The car was supposed to have exterior detailing, but when I got it, it just looked like it had gone through a car wash, with brush lines from the car wash still showing in the dust around the license plate and the door handles. Was any detailing done? I've got no idea. I know it's not a new car, but this buying experience was only 1 1/2 years after an amazing experience buying a similar vehicle at another dealer (where all paint touch-ups were indistinguishable from the original paint), so this was a disappointing comparison. So, we got a car we like, but it wasn't totally a smooth experience. Overall, I'd say good, but not great, mainly because of the difference in our experience with the look of the vehicle that we took home. More
