Long Time Honda buyer, first Time at Honda of Fishers Leroy Heins did a great job working out an excellent deal on our new Honda SUV. She was not in when I visited ( and she told me that she wouldn't likely be there, but she set the appointment with Leroy for me). Sarah was very instrumental to the overall customer service at the dealership. I hadn't met Leroy before, but he and I were both straight- forward- open communication types so we were able settle into a deal very quickly. In all fairness, I had been working with 3 other dealers and Honda of Fishers was the farthest from my home so I hadn't considered working with them, but a co-worker indicated that he had a good experience and I should give them a call. I sent an inquiry and they were very responsive. since I had already been shopping for the car, I didn't need the "education" part of the sale. Leroy realized this, and worked "at my level" which was greatly appreciated. overall great experience. More
