Not knoweledgable enough about features Salesgirl did not bring in a 3rd chair for the 14 year old grandson I had with my daughter and I. Guy who took my cashiers check never said his name, nor hello to me, nor used my name and was not really friendly. Accesories were not installed when we got there. Girl had to wipe off excess white stuff, possibly soap? from the open sun roof, no freebies as a thank you for emptying my savings account, girl did not ever mention the key that is hidden inside the fob, the splash guards are sure skimpy. My ones on my 2010 Fusion are bigger and since I live on a stone road, that would have been better than the skimpy one I got.The best thing about your store was that you were money below the price, exact same model as the Fort Wayne store. The back seat headroom is not high enough for my 14 year old grandson without him having to crank his neck a little sideways, He is tall, but not extra tall. Plenty of legroom, but I never even considered sufficient headroom when I picked this model. Guess he is assured he will always get to ride shotgun when we all go places. More
