Worst experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Hurried through the documents, initialing & signing many forms. Not aware or explainined of all the things I was being charged for. I know it was my fault for not reviewing each document. When I reviewed the documents at home, I immediately requested cancellation of these items. I was assured I would receive forms for this purpose. Finally I returned to the dealership and was assured it would happen. Thankfully the next week, Jennifer acknowledged my compliance and submitted the forms for me to get a full refund, sent to the lienholder. This is the fifth week of me paying $35 per week interest on these funds & the lienholder has still not received the funds. More
