The employees are very helpful, courteous, forthcoming and reasonable. The sales pricing practices however are not OK. Bait and switch. All covered in the fine print I would suppose. It all leaves an unpleasant aftertaste and as a result I will purchase elsewhere next time. Not all Honda dealers behave this way. It should be a straight-forward process with an advertised price that is the actual price without hidden conditions or requirements. More

New car had paint imperfections. Not noticed at time of test drive and negotiation because it was night time. She also insisted on resolving all the issues on the same day I was able to return with the car and although I told her that I had recently had surgery and that I needed a shuttle, uber or loaner she flat out denied me it and I had to walk a long distance in extreme hot weather to get to the nearest gas station. A few hours later she called me to inform me that I needed to pick up my car and that some things were not corrected. Therefore, I would need to take more time off my schedule to take the car back again. And at the end, I insisted on someone picking me up from where I had managed to go using my own means in hiring an Uber. And that time she did find me a Lyft ride. This 2026 Honda Civic Sport is nice and drives alright for a small new car but in power and technological advances it can’t compete with the car I traded it in for. I traded in my fully paid 2025 Cadillac CT4 premium. More
