Our sales rep was great! He took his time to explain all vehicle's features, etc. Of course, always wish could have gotten a better deal. It just seems like there are lots of Dealer fees, etc., added on these days. They had a young lady help us transfer our insurance. Appreciated the help but I could have done it myself. And the finance process was so tedious and slow. The Finance rep did not seem too enthused with her job either. More
