Agreed upon price was not reflected in totals which were given to us on thumb drive 4days after the sale. Agreed upon price for Pilot Elite was $51347, the price given on the dealer website, less $1500 Hond given to us on thumb drive 4days after the sale. Agreed upon price for Pilot Elite was $51347, the price given on the dealer website, less $1500 Honda loyalty. The sales price agreed upon by the sales manager and assistant was $49847. The price on the sales agreement is $53477. , less the $1500., equaling $51977., overcharging us $ 2130. Additionally the Honda Care Maintenance fee was agreed upon by the sales manager and sales assistant reduced to $1295, but is listed on the sales agreement as $2177. This has resulted in a $882. overcharge.. The sale involved a trade-in. This was to reduce the registration to a transfer fee of approx. $180. The sales agreement has this fee listed at$598. This resulted in a$418. overcharge. Total amount overcharged is $3430. Our calls and e-mails have not been returned. We are in process of contacting American Honda corporate, and are pursuing action through several media outlets. More
