The service department is a bit disorganized, but the sales department came through. We came in to get a USB port evaluated. The service advisor I was supposed to meet with was out and I recorded no noti sales department came through. We came in to get a USB port evaluated. Then I had to explain the situation to a new advisor and they did not convey it properly to the tech and the tech belittled the high end cord we had for Car Play. He was completely useless and frustrated the customer by not understanding the problem. So, we decided to not work with the service department and just bought a new vehicle. I hope I don’t have to use the service department with our new vehicle. More
