The sales manager did not follow through with any of the promises made at the time of negotiations. Also, beware of the many extra fees that they impose and enforce. For example, $600 Honda sedan floor mats that do not fit your Ford SUV which they will not omit from the contract because admittedly that is how they make their money. The financial representative plays games also. And selling a vehicle with no gas is just bad business. Would not recommend this dealership. More

Worst experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Hurried through the documents, initialing & signing many forms. Not aware or explainined of all the things I was being charged for. I know it was my fault for not reviewing each document. When I reviewed the documents at home, I immediately requested cancellation of these items. I was assured I would receive forms for this purpose. Finally I returned to the dealership and was assured it would happen. Thankfully the next week, Jennifer acknowledged my compliance and submitted the forms for me to get a full refund, sent to the lienholder. This is the fifth week of me paying $35 per week interest on these funds & the lienholder has still not received the funds. More
