I am incredibly frustrated with the deceptive practices at Honda of Fort Myers. I sold my car directly to them, and I was explicitly promised that my check would be processed and mailed to me. It never arr at Honda of Fort Myers. I sold my car directly to them, and I was explicitly promised that my check would be processed and mailed to me. It never arrived. When I called this location to track down my missing payment, the staff completely changed the story, falsely claiming that I had used the vehicle as a trade-in credit toward my current lease. This is entirely untrue, as the two transactions were completely separate. The dealership has kept my vehicle, refused to issue my payout, and is now trying to rewrite our agreement. Be extremely careful if you deal with them, ensure every piece of paperwork is meticulously copied, and avoid selling them your vehicle unless you can walk away with a check in your hand. More
