Mousse was amazing. I knew what I wanted and he helped me get right to it. He was knowledgeable and professional, making sure I was comfortable while waiting. Honda of F I knew what I wanted and he helped me get right to it. He was knowledgeable and professional, making sure I was comfortable while waiting. Honda of Fort Myers is good. Everyone is professional, what I dislike is the amount of time that it takes to get to agreeing upon terms of the loan. I wish that they would be more transparent and not so much back and forth. Overall, I love my car and I would recommend Mousse in a heartbeat. More

The common thread throughout these concerns is integrity. We specifically chose Honda because of the trust associated with the Honda brand and because we wanted genuine Honda products and services. We reques We specifically chose Honda because of the trust associated with the Honda brand and because we wanted genuine Honda products and services. We requested Honda promotional financing through Honda Financial Services and specifically requested HondaCare coverage because we wanted products backed directly by Honda, not third-party companies. During the finance process, the Finance Manager stated that he would rerun the interest rate the following morning to reflect our credit qualifications, as we did not care which qualifying financing term was used. He assured us that he was “a man of his word,” and we trusted him to honor our request to obtain financing specifically through Honda Financial Services. Instead, we found ourselves in a situation where the financing did not reflect the promotional program we specifically requested and where documentation and verbal representations regarding HondaCare appeared inconsistent with the contract ultimately provided. We specifically requested the genuine HondaCare warranty and were assured by the Finance Manager that this was the product we were purchasing. A few days later, he even printed documentation showing that we had HondaCare coverage. However, after contacting both the dealership’s Director of Finance and Honda Corporate, we were informed that the warranty had not been submitted through HondaCare and instead appeared to be a third-party warranty plan. I possess documentation printed by the dealership showing HondaCare coverage, as well as the contract for the third-party warranty product. This has created the appearance in my opinion, of a bait-and-switch feel and has significantly undermined our confidence in the transaction. The financial impact is important, but the greater issue is trust and integrity. Customers should be able to rely on the representations made during the sales and finance process and have confidence that the products they specifically request are the genuine Honda products they ultimately receive. When that trust is broken, it raises concerns about transparency, accountability, and integrity. It is particularly disappointing to learn that, although the dealership operates under the Honda name and brand, the products ultimately provided may not have been the genuine Honda products that we specifically requested. When a manager says he a “man of his word” and for us not to worry, we imagine that would be properly rectified. As consumers, we reasonably expected that a Honda dealership would prioritize Honda Financial Services and HondaCare when those products were specifically requested. Instead, we found ourselves navigating third-party products that were inconsistent with our stated preferences and understanding of the transaction. This experience has left us questioning whether our requests for genuine Honda-backed products were given appropriate consideration and whether the transaction was handled in a manner consistent with the integrity, transparency, and customer trust associated with the Honda brand. We are asking Honda to review this matter not only to determine whether corrections can still be made, but also to ensure that the standards of honesty, integrity, and customer trust associated with the Honda brand are being upheld the to fullest intent of Honda brand. Mr. Moussignac is SNARKY & dismissive; I was only “allowed” a 1 mile test drive on used Honda; while waiting for the finance people, I asked for a charger and an original window sticker; he did not f “allowed” a 1 mile test drive on used Honda; while waiting for the finance people, I asked for a charger and an original window sticker; he did not follow up with either request. He “disappeared” several times; once when finance was looking for him and once when he finally came to give me the keys, etc. so that I could leave. Not impressed. Susan Grogan, lacks follow up; I bought the used Honda on Friday, May 15th after a back and forth regarding price, on Sunday, May 17th I requested a follow up meeting as I had a couple of questions regarding my contract (well within the legal cancellation of 3 business days), while I certainly did not expect her to return my email on a Sunday, she did reply on Monday, May 18th @8:34 a.m. stating “we would be happy to meet and go over any concerns…we can sit down with the Finance Director, when would you like to come in?” My response: May 18th @9:50 a.m. Thursday (May 21st), if not Wednesday would work too.” Susan replied at 9:51 a.m. that “Wednesday would be better”, “Let me check and I’ll get back to you.” - There was ZERO follow up on Ms. Grogan’s part event after 2 emails asking for it and ZERO response. I wrote an email to her stating that I would be in on Monday, May 25th at 1 p.m. and to please have someone from Finance available. NO RESPONSE, further indicating lack of follow up or responsibility. Not impressed. I am still awaiting answers to my questions and follow up to: 1) Questionable Charges on Contract. 2) Answers to how my Oil Change was purportedly done on 4/14/2026 and the car states that the oil is at 30% remaining usage - makes zero sense. 3)Need a clip that was broken on the window replaced. I had high hopes for this dealership and while these items may seem like minutiae, they are important and clearly these items are not important to Honda of Fort Myers, lack of follow up & lack up professionalism is really disappointing.
