Snowbird with Recall We received the recall notice for fuel injector software update on Dec 20 for our 2018 CRV, 5000 miles. This was 1 week before we left NH for FL leavi We received the recall notice for fuel injector software update on Dec 20 for our 2018 CRV, 5000 miles. This was 1 week before we left NH for FL leaving no time to get it done due to weekend & holiday. We went to Ft Myers Honda on Jan 2, 2019 with the Honda letter and spoke with Richard Estes in service. He scheduled us the next day, advising there was a possible part replacement also that may take 2-3 hours. We left the car Jan 3, went to a nearby restaurant, came back and shortly Mr Estes advised our car would be ready soon after it was washed, a complimentary service. I can’t say enough good about this service experience at Ft Myers Honda, especially Mr Estes. Thanks. More
