Your company policy of NOT negotiating the price was very disappointing. Also, adding a large dealer fee was a rip off...and the completely unwanted protection package complete with another LARGE fee was mo disappointing. Our salesman was very polite and professional, but were unable to negotiate a price on the vehicle we came to look at. We asked if the back seats could lay down for storage (I've always had an SUV), and he said "yes." It does not. We asked if it's a good car, as we know nothing about Mitsubishi, but the car ratings are very low, which is our own fault for not researching. Next time I would do my homework and not rely on the knowledge of the dealership. More

Refuses to cancel my extended warranty after months of giving me the run around. Honestly, I never thought I'd have to go through this. Months and months of this, and now they just hang up on me.
