Finance team is always in a hurry and encouraging you not to read what you are signing. I found $4000 in unwanted serves added to my finance contract. I found a car online at Honda of Fort Meyers and Soliel advised over two phone calls and an email that the car was there and in great condition. I arrived at the dealership and the receptionists greeting w advised over two phone calls and an email that the car was there and in great condition. I arrived at the dealership and the receptionists greeting was warm and pleasant. The manager Eric advised that Soliel was off today but Robert Queen would be helping me. Robert was a first class professional and within minutes he brought the car to the front of the store. We looked it over and took it for a test drive. The BMW X3 was in excellent condition and was exactly the car we were looking for. We went inside and within a few minutes the deal was made, we wrote a check and left very happy with the car and the experience of purchasing it at Honda with great help from Robert. Robert was a professional and not at all salesy. The process was fast and we are very satisfied with Honda of Fort Meyers! More
I am grateful for the supportive help and answers needed in upgrading my lease on the Honda Accord. The car will be enjoyed greatly, as have the last 3 Honda Accords! Admittedly, this all happened so swiftly, and at a time most inconvenient for me with all I have going on currently. It required me to drop everything and be responsive, and it required a great deal of WAIT TIME. You are avery busy place and it would be extra special if you could determine how to try to facilitate a more expedicious way of getting customers attended to efficiently. My time is precious and I spend over three hours initially, and again when I went to drive the car home. I discovered, in a short stack of mail, an incentive from Honda of Ft. Myers, an $800.+ certificate that's came in the mail, toward a new car! How disappointing not to have seen it before yesterday when I got the car!
