I have been dealing with this dealership since 1990 and they are the best. I have purchased all my vehicles at this dealership. I liked the way you treated me. I just had my vehicle in for service because they are the best. I have purchased all my vehicles at this dealership. I liked the way you treated me. I just had my vehicle in for service because an email reminder it was due. I was greeted by Frank Beck when I arrived. I told him I wanted an oil change and the low pressure light was on. I didn't think any thing else was wrong. Frank told me that the 27 point check would be done to check every thing out. In a short time he came to me in waiting area. He had two filters in his hands that were very dirty and he suggested that they be replaced. He also asked me if i had trouble starting. I didn't. He advised me that it would happen soon because of the reading of the battery.. I got a new one. He kept me advised with the progress of the repairs. I usually keep vehicles for eight years thanks for such excellent service. I will request Frank again. More

Bad service in the service sector, they left me waiting for more than 2 hours until the estimate, then I was asked for another 25 minutes to do the service, but it was more than 1 hour for the car to be re for more than 2 hours until the estimate, then I was asked for another 25 minutes to do the service, but it was more than 1 hour for the car to be ready, I was given an insignificant discount for the time and money that I lost because of my work, besides I felt discriminated against for not speaking good English, despite being a legal resident paying many taxes!
