During the time of the paperwork I was offered a beverage to sit, relax watching TV in the waiting room. The financial director went over all paperwork and insurances offered on a certified car. After completed paperwork ,Richelle came asked how it went while walking toward the cars to exchange keys and transfer my personal items from my trade in to my new one which she had it cleaned and filled tank of gas. She sat with me in my new preowned certified car setup bluetooth in car program, adjusted clock, how to use car key, how to start car pushing button, how to open gas tank door and trunk. She showed how to open the moonroof, adjust seats, mirrors, and backup monitor. Richelle Curley was attentive,caring, and concern that I felt good with the car.
