Actual pleasure to work with, these people actually care I've been looking for a better car than my Nissan since it's been problem after problem, and haven't been really serious about buying anything so I've I've been looking for a better car than my Nissan since it's been problem after problem, and haven't been really serious about buying anything so I've visited several dealerships in Dallas. Most car salesmen aren't trying to help you, they just want to make money off of you, most... Enter Julian, who isn't one of those salesmen, I was talking to him online right before Thanksgiving and communicated with him the week after. I couldn't drive up to Fort Worth to see it until 12/1/2017 when I was off and he was more than happy to work with me. When I first got the dealership, he was friendly and just openly talk about anything and everything. He had the car parked out front, grabbed the keys, let me sit in it and explained the Certified pre-owned program to me along with Honda's warranty. Without questions asked, I test drove the car and love it. My wife has a 2014 EX-L V6 automatic so I'm familiar with the car regardless since I'm an enthusiast. Julian brought my car back to appraise and I told him that I had financing through USAA. He ask if Honda can run my credit since they feel that they can beat the APR that USAA offered me. They did; however, the offer for the trade in wasn't up to par for me. They worked and gave me a good offer for the trade so that I was comfortable with and gave me a better rate than USAA. I received a deal with the bumper to bumper and warranty and couldn't pass it up. When I was happy with just keeping my car until it's paid off, Julian worked hard so that I can get the best deal They detailed the car and made sure that everything was clean and I was happy before I left. Julian even called me today to and told me that I left a few personal items in my old car. If you want to deal with salesman that only care about sales, go elsewhere, if you want someone who genuinely cares about getting you into what you want and giving you the best deal possible, head to over to Honda of Fort Worth and see Julian in the used cars department. New Sales Amazing Customer Service ... I phoned just before Christmas and spoke with Billy Pieratt regarding a 2018 Accord. I informed him I had not driven o Amazing Customer Service ... I phoned just before Christmas and spoke with Billy Pieratt regarding a 2018 Accord. I informed him I had not driven or been able to view one as of yet. He scheduled a time for me to visit the dealership and I was able to drive the 2018 Accord. After the test drive he informed me of the incoming vehicles so that I could choose the exact color and options I was desiring. He kept in touch with me through out the whole experience. It is my opinion that Billy Pieratt is the epitome of Customer Service. Thanks to Billy I am and will be a Honda of FTW customer for life. Upon my Sister viewing the above outstanding review she contacted Billy and was equally excited from his expert concern, advice and knowledge. She purchased a 2018 Accord Touring and is extremely happy with her new vehicle. Thank you Billy for everything ! More
