Dishonest sales practices and awful service — Avoid this dealership ​ I purchased a vehicle from Honda of Fort Worth on June 13th, and the experience has been a complete nightmare. ​Literally 20 minutes dealership ​ I purchased a vehicle from Honda of Fort Worth on June 13th, and the experience has been a complete nightmare. ​Literally 20 minutes after driving off the lot, major problems surfaced: loud windshield hissing at speeds over 60 MPH, three warning codes popping up on the dashboard, and severe grinding noises whenever turning the steering wheel. When I called the sales team immediately, they brushed it off and told me to just charge the battery and clean the sensors. That did nothing. ​I had to take the vehicle to a Toyota dealership and a certified collision center out of my own pocket, where they discovered pre-existing structural and mechanical issues, as well as a severe water leak into the trunk and bumper after rain. ​The customer service from Used Car Sales Manager Dominick Hernandez was atrocious. I contacted him on June 20th to explain these pre-existing defects. He said he would talk to his service manager and get back to me. Instead, he completely ducked my calls for an entire week while I called 3 times a day and left constant messages with his sales team. ​When I finally managed to reach Dominick a week later, he instructed me to get repair estimates from Safelite and a local Toyota Certified Collision Center. I did exactly what he asked and sent over the estimates. Dominick's response? He hid behind the "AS IS" clause and told me the dealership wouldn’t take any responsibility for these pre-existing defects. ​"As-Is" does not give a dealership permission to hide severe, active warning codes and pre-existing damage that show up 20 minutes after a customer drives off the lot. Dominick Hernandez showed zero accountability, terrible communication, and complete disrespect for my time and money. ​Save yourself the head-ache, frustration, and money—do NOT buy a vehicle from Honda of Fort Worth, and stay far away from Dominick Hernandez. More

The finance guy came off as extremely sleazy and became visibly upset when I refused to buy an extended warranty, no one could explain the fees, and they insisted that my DV plates would cost X amount when the dmv website explicitly states a much lower amounts. Throughout the entire time, not one single manager came to talk to us when concerns were brought up and it just seemed like amateur hour there More

She was amazingly helpful, and when I wasn’t able to get the exact car I wanted, she helped me find something I wanted more than the other one, and they were nice enough to help me get all the discounts I could on it too. Dominic also helped me, and he gave me a great deal on the amazing warranties that Honda offers. He was also super helpful, and the same person my family has dealt with before. They are all very respectful and understanding, and they called the next day to make sure the car was going great. I would definitely keep coming here. More
