She understood that she was not going to be able to sell me a vehicle made forcing me into a sell. She was more concerned with me being happy about my decision. I have to say that every bump that we hit Sheri was determined and more than happy to assist me in finding the car that was right for me. My little nephew happens to have a rock fetish (he's 5) and it was so sweet that he gave my nephew one of his rocks and only asked that James put eyes on his rock too. People tend to forget about children during sales but neither of them did, and it made me feel like we were welcomed, appreciated and not just "Another Buyer". I proudly have my Hybrid and he has his pet Rock which he btw named it Hondy lol. Great job and thanks again to everyone at Honda but especially Sheri Ballard.
