I called first thing Monday morning and was given an appointment for later that same morning. Nick Wilson greeted me as soon as I drove in and was very efficient & professional in assessing the need fo appointment for later that same morning. The wait was minimal(less than an hour) and Nick explained the results of the inspection very thoroughly. The only prolonged wait was to get the car back from the valet. Overall it was a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to return there for any service needs. While I was waiting for the service to be completed, I looked at some of the new cars on the lot. The sales force was lacking in responsiveness (I had to track a salesman down myself) and didn't seem to interested in showing me what they all had. More
