Attentive and fast. Called at closing on Wednesday Attentive and fast. Called at closing on Wednesday night asking how long it would take to look at my vehicle that had just broken down. Matt answe Attentive and fast. Called at closing on Wednesday night asking how long it would take to look at my vehicle that had just broken down. Matt answered the phone and was extremely helpful and friendly. Matt informed me that if I could get the vehicle towed that night that they would look at it the next morning. Matt entered in my information into the system prior to towing to the location to hold my spot. By 930 am Matt had called me and explained what was wrong with my vehicle and what was and was not covered by my warranty. Matt was also patient enough to explain it to my husband as I do not understand car talk. My car was complete by noon and I was informed promptly so I could get back on the road.
