Roadside assistance came and gave us a jump and offered a deal for a new battery. But we wanted to compare. So we called your Honda store and spoke with Elizabeth. She told us about your eight year battery and gave the price. In this conversation, Elizabeth said “I will take care of you.“ It was the perfect thing for us and just what we needed to hear. My husband drove our car to your store where a new battery was installed in about an hour. And because it was Halloween, Elizabeth was dressed as Rosie the Riveter. Thank you very very much for some great service when we needed it. More
