Courteous, prompt, thorough. I was welcomed into the service bay promptly in a way that felt personable. The service advisor quickly assessed my need, making the observation that my dashboard was calling for B1 service, which indicated more than the oil change I was intending. Then he took the car in for service while directing me into the lobby to wait. Later he came into the lobby to explain what the serviceman had found and just what work he advised me to have done. I thought he was thorough and courteous. He gave me a good estimate of the time required. When the work was complete, he came into the lobby again with some additional explanation of their observations, and delivered my car in good condition and with a complimentary cleaning. More
