Ron is a experience sales consultant who is very knowledgeable and in tune with the costumers needs. Never once thru the purchase of both vehicles did I feel stressed or pressured. Without a doubt of all the cars I've purchased Ron has made the last two the best experience in car buying by far. Unprofessional If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my Honda in for a recall for the airbags and they tell me that the engine light is out and needs replaci If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my Honda in for a recall for the airbags and they tell me that the engine light is out and needs replacing. I decided to leave my car there for them to just do the recall for the airbag situation and go back another time for the engine light. It was there for a couple of days, and when I called to ask them if the car was ready Monday morning they said yes. I took an Uber there and they tell me that the car wasn’t ready. I had to go back later on that day to get the car. When I brought the car home I noticed that the headlights were out so I had to RETURN to the dealership service side and had them look at the car. They then tell me that the cars 2 headlights, 1 breaklight was all burnt out. I’m sorry, but how is it that my car was fine before the couple of days that I left it there? Michael Chirichello tells me that I would have to pay money to get them fixed. The lights were FINE and WORKING before all this. What is the coincidence that all 3 lights BURNT OUT at the same time when it was at the dealership. Trust me when I say I will never buy another Honda and you can trust me when I say I will be telling all my friends and family not to get any Honda’s because obviously they break or did something and not claim responsibility. That or Honda’s are flimsy cars. Mind you this was a new car that I bought from them only 8 years ago. I keep very good care of this car, make sure to get oil changes on time, fix anything that comes up. So obviously, it was a perfectly working car until I brought it in for services. More
Bad Salesman Salesman was friendly and helpful at first however, he asked for a check for the purchase of the car and it was not supposed to be deposited until I w Salesman was friendly and helpful at first however, he asked for a check for the purchase of the car and it was not supposed to be deposited until I was credited with a fund transfer from my IRA account. He was to hold the check until the funds were there which he agreed to do. Instead he had the check deposited and it bounced for $17,800. I was hit with fees and the embarrassment of having to notify everyone who I sent a check to that it may bounce. Very bad transaction. Thankfully enough the sales managers were very accommodating with helping me through the issue. Thumbs down on the salesman though. More
They wasted 4 hours of my life I'll never get back These guys let me walk out of there twice without selling a car. They had a car on the lot for 6 months and it didn't sell. I say its over priced, They wouldn't come down on their price knowing I had a comparable vehicle at Hamilton Honda for less money. I had to buy at Hamilton even though I live in Freehold. It was like dealing with the 3 stooges. More
