"warranty refund" I was told by my local service center that my battery was bad. Still being under warrantee, I called service at Honda of Freehold and got an appointme I was told by my local service center that my battery was bad. Still being under warrantee, I called service at Honda of Freehold and got an appointment for that day. I spent a couple of hours waiting for the results, and finally was told my battery checked out OK. A few weeks later, having not driven my car for two days, and the weather being quite cold, I could not start my car. Called AAA, had them start my car, and, because I live in Staten Island, and didn't want to risk driving down to Freehold, I went to my local mechanic and purchased a new battery. The next day I called service at Honda of Freehold and spoke to Sal. I said I was upset that I had to pay for a new battery while still under warranty, especially since I had been told by service that my battery was good only a few weeks before. Sal said he understood my being upset, but if the battery tests as good on their machinery, the company would not let them replace it. Then he asked me to fax him my bill for the battery and he'd see if he could do anything for me. I sent in my bill, but did not believe anything would come of it. Lo and behold a number of weeks later, I get a check from Honda of Freehold for the entire cost of the battery. I consider it to be one of the nicest things ever done for me by a car dealership. If they would have sent a small check, I would have appreciated it. But, sending me a total refund was incredibly nice. More

I am a great fan of Honda since 1995 and already have a car (Accord Sedan LX- 1998) and Honda Odyssey EX-L NAV 2004. As the car and van have started asking for more maintenance costs (due to normal wear and tear over the period), we (as a family) decided to go for another Honda car 2017 EX-L Accord Sedan. We called Rajendar Kang (aka RAJ K) and he was of great help for our visit and purchase. He showed us the cars based on our requirements and taste. We did couple of test drives on the road on US-9 highway to ensure we are buying the right car. The entire shopping process was completed within 1 hr 30 minutes and we were happy with our decision. Raj ensured the car was handed over to us after cleanup and carwash and all provided all supported documents He also explained the functionality of different gadgets (phone, bluetooth connectivity, audio, nav link, camera) to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend my friends and relatives in case they are planning to purchase a Honda car or Van in near future. More
