The Dealer did it all! During the search for a mini-van, visited neighboring dealers and finally to Honda of Freehold. Our Sales Consultant was Mr. Rajinder Kang. He asked During the search for a mini-van, visited neighboring dealers and finally to Honda of Freehold. Our Sales Consultant was Mr. Rajinder Kang. He asked about the vehicle we were interested in and then patiently let us go through a list of over two dozen features we were looking for. He identified a specific model in stock that has all these features included with only one being an option. He then took up to an off-site lot to see this vehicle. We drove it back to the dealership. After we agreed this was the car we wanted, we discussed the options to pay for it. He gave us several options on purchase price and financing. We were asked to relax while he took care of all the paperwork. He explained everything we needed to sign and the reason. He was very professional and thorough. We then met with the financial contact to finalize the purchase. Again, he was friendly, thorough and explained options and our final agreement documentation. Then Mr. Kang went through the Odyssey in detail on how different features worked. He was very thorough and knowledgeable of the functions. Most of all, he was very patient to go over some functions that were unclear to us. As much as we like the Odyssey we chose, we really like working with Mr. Kang on getting the exact car we wanted and getting all the documentation completed. Then his willingness to explain every detail that we has questions on was perfect. We know we have a lot to learn about the newest innovations, but Rajinder got off to a great start. You knew his offer to answer any questions we have at any time was real and expressed true concern. Any pre-concern about the new car search and purchase were certainly alleviated. And Mr. Kang deserves most of that credit. More

Not honest guys I took my nephew to buy his first new car. He selected one he could afford when we went to pick it up it had damaged window moldings and scratches. A few days later we went back to get it and it still wasn't right. They apologized made offers of 250.00 dollars and all weather matts to make up for their mistakes. I took their word we did all the paperwork and finalized the sale. We left without the car again when we returned it still wasn't right I bacame agitated and spoke to a manager Joe Cipolla who was very rude and he reminded I already bought the car a basically I was out of luck. The salesman Brad Kessel promised the mats would be fedexed by him personally they had none at the time. Well they have not made good on any of their promises not stand up guys. Stay away from this dealer. More

I'm happy to say that our salesman, Ron Teplitzky, proved us wrong. He not only made sure we got a spectacular deal, but in an extremely timely fashion. In the past we've spent the entire day at the dealership, today the deal was complete within 3 hours. We highly recommend, Ron and Honda of Freehold. More
