We were easily able to exact color in the trim we wanted. All dealerships have this feature, but many don’t work well on smartphones, or abbreviate color codes or bury the color in the long feature list. Freehold’s website was the easiest and frustration free to use. b) Price: We were happy with the price and it was a pleasant experience. No People I talked to on the phone (Corinna, and her manager Yellica) were straight forward, and quick in their response and the dealership kept their word. c) Dealer installed extras: None. Did not want any of the dealer installed options – and Matt said they don’t tack these unless asked or if they get a car from another dealership. d) Accounting: Mike in accounting was efficient and accommodating with the paperwork and payment options. All in all courteous, no pressure, and pleasant experience. More
