I went in on Saturday the 13th of February to lease a vehicle for my wife and we agreed on a monthly payment of $325 a month with $0 down and $0 security deposit and no MV fees so $0 taxes etc... we shook hands on the numbers then I was told the vehicle that I wanted was not available in the color I wanted I was told 5-7 days and I would need to leave $1000 to locate the vehicle and that would be returned to me. After a couple of days I went to the dealership to finish the paper work and then I was told the vehicle was ordered and should be arriving in 2 days, I called the dealership on Thursday 2-17-2016 and I was told it would take 7-10 days then I noticed my checked was cashed which made angry because I was told they would hold that check not deposit the funds I canceled the deal and left. I later went back to pick up my check and apologized to Dario he accepted my apology and I asked I would like to pick up the vehicle and proceed with the same deal of $325; $0 down ; $0 dealer fees and taxes and MV fees he told me "as long as you pick a car from his inventory we can go ahead" I said ok. I went in this morning to complete the deal and come to find out they rearranged the numbers on me and ran my credit twice and flipped the entire deal on me but only after they made me sign all the paper work. They told me I was too far apart in my current lease to be considering the pilot i wanted to test drive. They said i couldn't test drive their car as a result of the disparity. They told me they know there will be no new programs in the next 14 months. I wonder how this sales manager can predict the future? More

I thought I had everything worked out before I got there, I had a preapproval done and knew exactly how much I could spend. To my surprise they were able to get me a better deal then I was pre-approved for. Although its about 80miles from my house it was totally worth the trip! More

We were told the car was a lease return and was checked over and everything was taken care of and checked out. The wiper blades were so shot, we immediately had to replace them. We went for an oil change somewhere else and they showed us the air filter and cabin filter, they were filthy, probably the originals, 3 years old. I changed them myself for a cost of $28, you think the dealer would have done this before selling the car. We argued over the price, and now we are waiting over one month to have our gap insurance refunded, as we paid off the loan immediately, after seeing the 5% interest rate from Honda, and we have perfect credit.
